Hiring: F&I Clerk

• Pay:$19.00 - $25.00 plus Bonuses
• Schedule:5-day work week with 2 rotating days off

Join DCH Ford of Thousand Oaks in an important support role that works across multiple areas of dealership operations. As an F&I Clerk, you'll assist with F&I documentation, warranty administration, and other operational tasks that help keep the dealership organized and running.

What You'll Do

• Help review F&I paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Support warranty administration, including reviewing documentation and assisting with warranty-related follow-up.
• Enter and update customer, vehicle, warranty, and transaction information in dealership systems.
• Track missing or incomplete paperwork and follow up with the appropriate departments.
• Provide administrative and operational support across Sales, Service, Finance, Accounting, and other dealership departments.

What You'll Bring

• 1+ years of experience reviewing detailed documents and identifying missing or incomplete information.
• Previous administrative experience.
• Experience using computers, email, and dealership management systems.
• Organize and prioritize multiple administrative tasks and deadlines.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The California pay range for this position is $19.00-$25.00 hourly. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
