Air Traffic Control Operational Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Support pre-sales activities, co-engineering tasks and solution co-design;

• Support development teams by providing Air Traffic Management operational expertise;

• Evaluate system operational maturity and share status reports;

• Prepare and lead customer demonstrations, qualifications and training activities; Participate in solution design and work closely with Product Owners and System Engineers;

• Contribute to dataset preparation and collaborate with integration and verification teams to support project activities;

• Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to support project delivery, process improvements and transition activities;

• Provide Air Traffic Management operational expertise by contributing to solution design, process improvement initiatives and product delivery activities;

• Support project execution through dataset preparation, integration and verification activities, customer demonstrations and transition support.

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in similar positions on projects delivering a complex software solution;

• Instructor grade or Air Traffic Control qualifications;

• Experience in the ATM Domain and Air Traffic Management standards eg. ICAO, Eurocontrol, AID.;

• Experience in Dataset preparation for an ATM System;

• Have a knowledge of European ATM Domain / ANSP;

• High level of understanding on dataset / adaptation data goals and impacts;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and international customers;

• Positive attitude, sound judgement and a continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
