Ensure all guests receive the highest level of service and handle all guests requestin an efficient,courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum satisfaction whilecomplying with the Four Seasons’ policies. 

What you will do

• Drive Talent Excellence by recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing a high-performing Housekeeping team, including third-party service providers.

• Manage Department Operations & Costs by optimizing labor, supplies, and operational expenses while consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences and service standards.

• Lead Performance and Team Engagement through coaching, performance management, regular feedback, staff meetings, and fostering a positive, motivated workplace culture.

• Ensure Exceptional Quality Standards by overseeing inspections of guestrooms, public areas,and back-of-house spaces to maintain luxury-level cleanliness and presentation.

• Drive Operational Efficiency and Asset Management by maintaining inventories, safeguarding equipment, and implementing preventive maintenance and cleaning programs to maximize asset lifespan.

• Partner Across Departments to deliver seamless support, respond to operational needs, and enhance overall guest satisfaction through strong cross-functional collaboration.

• Oversee Housekeeping Administration & Compliance by maintaining accurate records, payroll documentation, operational reports, and ensuring adherence to company policies, safety standards, and procedures.

• Shape Strategic Department Success by developing budgets, managing capital improvement plans, supporting business objectives, and leading the department through change, emergencies, and special projects.

What you bring

• Bachelor'sDegreeinHospitalityManagement,HotelManagement,BusinessAdministration,orarelatedfieldpreferred.

• Minimum5yearsofprogressiveHousekeepingleadershipexperienceinaluxuryhotel,resort,orupscalehospitalityenvironment.

• Provenexperiencemanaginglargeteams,budgets,inventory,andservicequalitystandards.

• ExcellentEnglishcommunicationskills,bothwrittenandverbal,withtheabilitytobuildstrongrelationshipsacrossdepartmentsandleaddiverseteams.

• Strongcommitmenttomaintainingluxuryhospitalitystandards,conductinginspections,anddeliveringexceptionalguestexperiences.

• Abilitytocontrollaborcosts,operatingexpenses,anddepartmentalbudgets
