Job Description

SeniorProcessEngineer

Location:Milpitas,CaliforniaJoin Teledyne e2v HiRel Electronics and help develop the manufacturing processes behind high-reliability microelectronic products. You willplayakeyroleintakingadvancedpackagingandassemblyprocessesfromconceptandevaluationthroughproductionqualification,whilepartneringwithmanufacturingteams,suppliers,customers,operators,andmanagement.

Whatyou'lldo

Develop,implement,scale,andmaintainmicroelectronicpackagingandassemblyprocesses.
Establishprocesscontrolsandevaluatenewmaterialsandautomatedequipment.
Supportmaterialreviewboardactivitiesandresolvenonconformingproductissues.
Partnerwithsuppliersandcustomerstoaddressmaterialandproductionconcerns.
Contributetodesignreviews,programreadiness,designformanufacturability,andnewproductdevelopment.
Designanddocumentprecisiontooling,fixtures,billsofmaterials,andassemblydrawings.
Program,troubleshoot,andqualifymanufacturingequipment.
Createclearprocessdocumentationandstep-by-stepproductioninstructions.
Applystatisticalanalysis,processcontrol,problem-solving,anddesignofexperiments.
Communicatecomplextechnicaltopicseffectivelyacrosstechnicalandoperationalaudiences.

Salary Range:

$90,800.00-$121,100.000
