| About the Role |
| The Head – Program & Product for Corporate Salary will lead strategic initiatives to drive growth of the Salary Book (SA & TD), acquisition of new corporates and customers, and development of differentiated product propositions. This role combines program management and product leadership to ensure strong engagement with field teams and cross-functional stakeholders. |
| Key Responsibilities |
- Deliver top-line business targets for Corporate Salary through multiple channels.
- Scale acquisition of new corporates and customers via B2B and B2C initiatives.
- Drive ETB growth through cross-sell, product penetration, and improved SLC.
- Curate customized offers for corporates in collaboration with third-party partners.
- Ensure synergy cadence across mapped channels and adherence to compliance norms.
- Launch new products and programs; upgrade features based on competition benchmarking.
- Deepen engagement through digital channels and e2e digital onboarding journeys.
- Increase cross-sell/upsell opportunities within NTB base.
- Implement controls to improve sourcing quality and customer experience.
- Conduct product and refresher trainings for frontline teams.
- Liaise with cross-functional teamsÂ
- Ensure closure of audit, risk, and regulatory observations.
- Track business performance, identify gaps, and drive actionable insights.

| Qualifications |
Optimal qualification for success on the job is: -  Graduate / Post-Graduate (MBA – Marketing preferred) from a recognized institute.Â
- 15+ years of experience in BFSI / consumer products with exposure to program and product management.
