Job Purpose ����� :

-         To manage & grow the salary book componentthat comprises of Corporate Labels

-         To continuously manage & hone the product,process & people to be the best in class in the banking industry.

Job duties &responsibilities:

Key responsibilities

-         Deliver on business targets

o  Label Acquisition

o  Number of Accounts

o  NTB MDAB

o  Percentage of A/cs receiving salary credit � M3

o  ETB MDAB

-         Deliver on business targets for FD-RD/ FamilyAcs/ RAC / RFR/ TPP/ Cards

-         Deliver on business targets in various segmentsindividually & totally

-         Ensure that all onboarding parameters are keptunder check � TAT/ NFTR

-         Ensure that attrition in the portfolio is withinthe agreed benchmark

-         Adherence to compliance as defined from time totime

Joint responsibilities

-         Monitor CEP parameters- with Program team

-         Devise marketing & engagement activities-with Program teams & Marketing for all segments of corporates

-         Devise 7 monitor strategies for NTB LabelAcquisition and deepening of ETB corporates with Program, Product, Marketing& Ops.

-         Continuous review of product/ brand positioningand taking corrective measures when required � with Product, Program &Marketing
