As a Claims Advisor III, Condominium and Liability, you will provide clear guidance, thoughtful advice, and dependable support when customers need it most.
Â
You will manage moderately complex condominium and third-party liability claims while supporting Québec customers, condominium syndicates, property managers, third-party insurers, vendors, and internal Claims partners. You will investigate losses, assess coverage and liability, negotiate fair resolutions, and keep customers informed throughout the claims journey.
Â
What youâll do
- Guide customers through the claims process with empathy, clarity, and confidence.
- Manage moderately complex residential condominium and third-party liability claims from investigation through resolution.
- Review policy coverage, declarations of co-ownership, supporting documents, estimates, reports, invoices, and other available evidence.
- Coordinate with condominium syndicates, property managers, third-party insurers, claimants, vendors, and specialized internal partners.
- Investigate the circumstances of each loss and make timely, fair, and well-supported coverage and liability decisions.
- Review and respond to third-party demands and subrogation claims.
- Obtain statements, preserve relevant evidence, evaluate damages, and negotiate settlements within your authority.
- Maintain clear and accurate claim documentation, reserves, correspondence, and follow-up activities.
- Identify emerging risks, potential fraud, sensitive customer concerns, or complex matters and escalate them when appropriate.
- Manage your workload to meet customer, service, quality, and productivity commitments.
- Share knowledge, guide colleagues, and contribute to an inclusive, collaborative, and continuously improving team environment.
