Job Title: Senior Specialist - Workplace Services, Real Estate

Location: R1RCM Global Pvt Ltd., Tikri
Department:  Facilities & Real Estate
Reports To: Program Manager – Workplace Services, Real Estate
Experience Required: 8-10 Years

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Infrastructure (Electrical Engineering Focus)

• Manage and ensure up time of:
  • HT/LT electrical systems, transformers, panels
  • DG sets, UPS systems, and power distribution
  • HVAC systems, PAC units
  • Fire safety systems (alarm, suppression, hydrant)
• Ensurepreventive & predictive maintenance (PPM) compliance
• Handlebreakdown management, RCA, and CAPA implementation
• Ensurestatutory compliance (electrical audits, fire safety, EHS)
• Driveenergy efficiency, power optimization, and cost-saving initiatives
• Maintainasset lifecycle, AMC/CAMC tracking, and documentation

2. Soft Services & Workplace Management (MBA/Admin Focus)

• Oversee:
  • Housekeeping, cafeteria, pantry
  • Front office and workplace hygiene
• Ensure highemployee experience and workplace satisfaction
• Drivecontinuous service improvement initiatives

3. Vendor Management & Cost Optimization

• Manage vendor lifecycle:
  • Selection, onboarding, SLA/KPI tracking
  • Contract negotiation and renewals
• Drivecost reduction through strategic sourcing and consumption control
• Collaborate with Procurement forRFP/RFQ processes

4. Events & Employee Engagement

• Plan and execute:
  • Townhalls, leadership visits, client visits
  • Employee engagement programs and events
• Ensurebudget adherence and high-quality execution

5. Data Analytics, MIS & Reporting

• Develop MIS dashboards usingadvanced Excel
• Track:
  • Energy consumption
  • Vendor performance
  • Cost optimization
• Automate reporting and supportdata-driven decision-making

6. Financial & Administrative Management

• Managebudgets, petty cash, billing, and expense tracking
• Ensure financial controls and transparency
• Maintain records and documentation as per audit requirements

7. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure compliance with:
  • Company policies
  • Statutory regulations
  • Audit requirements
• Maintain SOPs, contracts, and compliance records

8. Employee Support & Stakeholder Management

• Act asSPOC for facility-related concerns
• Manage helpdesk and ensure SLA-based resolutions
• Collaboration withHR, Finance, IT, Procurement, and leadership

Must-Have Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Preferred)
• MBA (Operations/Facilities/General Management) – Preferred
• Strong expertise inHT/LT systems, UPS, DG, HVAC, Fire systems
• Experience incorporate facility & workplace services management
• Proven skills invendor management, contract negotiation, and SLA governance
• Strong exposure tocost optimization & energy management
• Advanced proficiency inMS Excel (Dashboards, MIS, Analytics)
• Knowledge ofcompliance, audits, and safety regulations
• Ability to manageboth technical teams and admin operations
