Your Job:

• • Optimize WIP (Work in progress) management to maximize throughput and linearity. 

  • Allocate and deploy workforce effectively foroptimum productivity. 

  • Engage specialists regularly to give feedback on performance as well as understand difficulties faced & identify potential areas for improvement.  

  • Identify potential human error issues in thefab and work on corrective/preventive actions. 

  • Resolve and handle line-related, preventive maintenance issues and understand all equipment capacity/constraint issues toidentify, implement temporary solutions and work with Engineering team to resolve them. 

  • Ensure safety, discipline, and housekeeping compliance in work area by all personnel. 

  • Complywith environmental, health, safety and security (EHSS) system, policies, procedures and guidelines that are applicable to your scope of work and workplace. 

  • Ensure proper documentation and data integrity. 

   

Other Responsibilities:  

• Perform 12-hours rotating shift 

  •Team Player 

  •Good ownership and accountability 

  •Good verbal and written communication skills 

  •Flexible and able to support overtime 

Required Qualifications:

Diplomain Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Microelectronics, Chemical Process Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or any other relevant engineering discipline. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• • Good communication and teamwork abilities. 

  • Willingness to work on rotating shifts. 

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing setting.
