Your Role

As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide one-to-one, person-centred care for older adults in their homes. Every day will be different — you might be:

• Supporting clients to enjoy outings

• Helping withpersonal care and daily routines

• Providingmedication support

• Assisting with mobility needs, including safemanual handling, movement, and transfers

• Carrying shopping or household items when needed

• Kneeling or supporting yourself in low positionsfor periods when assisting clients

• Helping with errands, attending appointments, and community activities

• Helping withCooking and cleaning.

• Promoting independence, dignity, and comfort in every visit

What You’ll Get

• £27,300 annual salary

• Mileage allowance: 45p per mile

• Morning shifts from 8am, Evening shifts till 10pm, including weekends.

• Experience needed

What You’ll Need
