The Role

As a Product Coordinator Apprentice, you will provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support across the Rider Gear product portfolio, including brands such as RST, Arai, AGV, Bell Motorsport, Fly Racing, Troy Lee Designs, Sidi, Scott, EVS, Oakley, Ogio, Sena and Pinlock.

Reporting to the Product Manager, you will work closely with Brand Managers, Supply & Demand teams, the European Master Data Team and other areas of the business to ensure product information is accurate, support new product introductions and keep internal systems, sales tools and digital content up to date.

This is an entry-level 12-month apprenticeship designed for someone looking to gain practical experience within a commercial Product team. Previous product-management experience is not required; full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Product & Master Data: Support the creation, maintenance and accuracy of Rider Gear product data, including product setup and master-data templates.

• Systems: Maintain product information within business systems including SAP S4 and Microsoft NAV.

• New Product Introduction: Support new product launches, range changes, discontinuations and end-of-life administration.

• Product Content: Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to obtain specifications, imagery and other product information, ensuring digital assets and web content are complete and accurate.

• Sales Tools: Assist with the setup and ongoing maintenance of internal and customer-facing sales tools.

• Pricing & Commercial Data: Support the maintenance of pricing and other commercial information under the direction of the Product and Brand Managers.

• Data Quality: Follow up missing information and actions, identify inconsistencies and coordinate corrections with relevant teams.

• Reporting: Support routine reporting, data preparation and product analysis.

• Team Support: Provide product information and general coordination support to Sales and the wider Rider Gear team.

Skills & Attributes

• Strong willingness to learn, develop and take on increasing responsibility.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and confidence working with spreadsheets and data.

• Strong attention to detail, organisation and a methodical approach.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Able to manage priorities, follow established processes and work independently on routine tasks once trained.

• Flexible, adaptable and comfortable working as part of a wider team.

• An interest in Generative AI and how it can improve administrative, data and content processes would be advantageous.

• Previous administration, data-entry, retail, customer-service or office experience would be useful but is not essential.

• Experience with SAP S4, Microsoft NAV or another ERP system would be beneficial but is not required.

• An interest in motorcycles, Rider Gear or the wider powersports industry would be beneficial but is not essential.
