SenseiLāna’i, A Four Seasons Resort, is looking for a Dining Assistant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Ourteams’have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorizationrequired.
WHAT YOU’LLDO
The Dining Assistant supports front-of-house operations bymaintaining clean, organized, and guest-ready dining areas whileassisting with table service and meal progression. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Clear, sanitize, and reset dining tables with clean linens, silverware, condiments, and glassware while preparing tables forsubsequent courses and guest seating
Maintain dining room cleanliness by removing used dishes and trash, replenishing water, napkins, and condiments, and ensuring side stationsremain organized and fully stocked throughout service
Support opening and closing operations by restocking beverages and supplies, polishingsilverware and glassware, setting up water stations and ice buckets, and completing side station setup and breakdown
Assist with dining room setup and maintenance, including arranging tables and chairs, preparing service areas, and supporting team members during high-volume service periods
Maintain knowledge of coffee, tea, and specialty non-alcoholic beverage service standards to ensure proper setup, presentation, and guest support
Transport dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils todesignated cleaning areas while helpingmaintain a clean, safe, and guest-ready environment throughout the restaurant

The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours aday and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekendsavailabilityisrequired.
Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card
HawaiiFood Handler’s Cardisrequired for this role
Maui Liquor Card Preferred, but notrequired
Ability tostand for extended periods,lift up to50lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
