Senior Python Full Stack Developer with AI

We are looking for aSenior Python Full Stack Developer with AI expertise to join our innovative engineering team.

This role combines advanced Python development, full-stack engineering, and Artificial Intelligence to build, enhance, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across backend and frontend development, hands-on expertise with modern AI/ML technologies, and the ability to work closely with clients and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python and modern web technologies
• Build and integrate AI-powered features using Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI technologies
• Develop and maintain robust backend services, APIs, and integrations using modern Python frameworks
• Collaborate with frontend developers to deliver responsive, reliable, and user-friendly applications
• Integrate and optimize AI/ML models within production applications
• Work with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions where applicable
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and continuously improve application performance, stability, and scalability
• Develop and maintain automated tests and improve overall test coverage
• Follow secure coding practices and proactively identify and address security vulnerabilities
• Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to clarify requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
• Communicate regularly with the client, provide technical updates, and proactively address questions and concerns
• Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, technical documentation, and continuous improvement of development processes

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python with 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Solid experience with Python web frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask
• Strong understanding of full-stack development and experience with modern frontend technologies such as React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, including NLP, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and/or Large Language Models
• Practical experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers, LangChain, or similar technologies
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs, asynchronous services, and third-party integrations
• Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG architectures
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, clean code, and development best practices
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud environments
• Strong understanding of application security, secure coding practices, and vulnerability remediation
• Experience writing automated tests using tools such as PyTest and familiarity with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in an agile, collaborative environment and take ownership of technical tasks
• Excellent communication skills in English, with a minimum proficiency level of B2
