Project Manager Market & Customer Intelligence (7 months maternity cover role)

The Project Manager Market & Customer Intelligence plays a critical role in driving strategic initiatives and organizational priorities across the business. This role is responsible for overseeing cross-functional strategy projects from inception through execution, ensuring aligned business objectives, effective change management, and measurable operational results.

Key Responsibilities

• Role location status: Hybrid (based in Oegstgeest)

• Lead and execute strategic projects and diverse teams from scoping through implementation, ensuring deliverables align with long-term business strategy. 

• Collaborate with regional leadership, market intelligence and cross-functional commercial teams (e.g. sales, product management, sustainability, compliance, finance), to identify key performance drivers and improvement opportunities.

• Define project roadmaps, track key milestones, manage risk mitigation, and report progress to executive stakeholders.

• Conduct strategic market & competitive analyses and voice-of-customer (VoC) initiatives, utilizing surveys to gather insights that support executive decision-making and business goals.

• Facilitate cross-departmental alignment and change management initiatives to ensure seamless strategy adoption

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven track record in project management, strategic consulting, or corporate strategy within an international business environment.

• Core Competencies: Strong financial and business acumen, paired with expertise in stakeholder management and strategic problem-solving.

• Deliver Results & Execution: Proven ability to independently manage multi-faceted projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver results under tight deadlines.

• Simplify & Prioritize: Exceptional data analytics, visualization, and executive-level presentation skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic recommendations.

• Technical Skills: Experience with Google Workspace, Qualtrics, Thinkcell and BI tools.
