R&D Project Manager

Job Title- R&D Project Manager
Location: Solon, OH (Remote considered)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
Duration: 14 Month +Contract

Job Summary:
Lead end-to-end R&D innovation and renovation projects for Frozen Foods, coordinating cross-functional teams across R&D, Marketing, Quality, Engineering, Product Development, and Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, costs, and risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholder communications.
• Drive projects from concept through commercialization.
• Provide project status updates and resolve issues proactively.
• Support and coach junior project managers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• 7+ years of experience in R&D, Operations, Commercial, or related functions.
• Food & Beverage/CPG or R&D experience preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.
