Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un coordonnateur avion pour rejoindre notre équipe méthode support basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada


Vous ferez partie de l’équipeméthode support a pour rôle principal de faire le lien entre l'ingénierie et la production afin de garantir l'efficacité, la fiabilité et la conformité des opérations d'assemblage.


L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement. 


Votre rôle en tant que coordonnateur sera de coordonner la préparation, le suivi et la communication des plans techniques, résoudre les bloquants et assurer l’adhérence au planning, tout en fournissant un support technique aux équipes et en facilitant la collaboration avec les différents intervenants.

Vos défis:

  • Coordonner la prĂ©paration, le suivi et la communication du plan permettant de clore les points techniques de chaque avion en accord avec les requis du planning court-terme;
  • Prioriser et harmoniser les accès des diffĂ©rents intervenants pour assurer l’adhĂ©rence au plan;
  • Suivre et aider Ă  la rĂ©solution des bloquants de chaque avion (RNC, BOI, issues, etc…) en Ă©changeant avec les diffĂ©rentes Ă©quipes Operations et Support aux OpĂ©rations;
  • Escalader les points bloquants si nĂ©cessaire, aux bonnes personnes et au bon moment;
  • Identifier des bloquants dans les processus, et leader les projets d’amĂ©lioration pour les rĂ©soudre;
  • Participer aux routines E2EQG,  en particulier prĂ©parer et diriger les rencontres FOT, et contribuer aux analyses mensuelles E2EQG et au suivi des actions;
  • Coordonner les plans de rattrapage des fournisseurs lorsqu’ils sont transverses a la ligne d’Assemblage;
  • Coordonner les plans VL/DL lorsqu’ils sont transverses a la ligne d’Assemblage;
  • Assurer le premier niveau de support aux fournisseurs sur site.

Votre profil:

  • Vous avez un baccalaurĂ©at en Logistique, gĂ©nie industriel, gestion des opĂ©rations ou gestion de projet, ou un DEC en aĂ©ronautique avec une expĂ©rience professionnelle Ă©quivalente;
  • Vous avez plus de 10 ans d’expĂ©rience dans les processus manufacturiers, idĂ©alement sur le A220;
  • Vous avez une connaissance gĂ©nĂ©rale des dĂ©pendances entre les diffĂ©rentes positions;
  • Vous avez une connaissance dĂ©taillĂ©e des processus de planification, logistique, qualitĂ© et production;
  • Vous avez un fort leadership, ĂŞtes capable de remettre les processus en question, mais avez aussi une volontĂ© de faire grandir vos collègues et les autres fonctions;
  • Vous maĂ®trisez le français (obligatoire) et ĂŞtes confortable en anglais (atout).

En raison du secteur d’activité (aéronautique), de multiples contacts avec des entités Airbus situées dans le monde entier, et d’interactions avec les fournisseurs et clients également situés dans le monde entier, la connaissance de l’anglais est demandée dans ce poste.

The A220 Commercial Aircraft Program is seeking an Aircraft Coordinator to join our Method Support team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).


You will be part of the method support team, whose main role is to bridge the gap between engineering and production to guarantee the efficiency, reliability, and compliance of assembly operations.

The team is organized to promote autonomous cross-functional collaboration, with mutual support and collective learning.


Your role as a coordinator will be to coordinate the preparation, tracking, and communication of technical plans, resolve blockers, and ensure adherence to the schedule, while providing technical support to the teams and facilitating collaboration with various stakeholders.

Your challenges:

  • Coordinate the preparation of the aircraft plan with all stakeholders in order to meet aircraft planning, follow-up and communicate this plan;
  • Prioritize and harmonize the access of the different stakeholders to ensure plan adherence;
  • Collect the roadblocks (RNC, BOI, issues, etc..) of each aircraft;
  • Propose and facilitate roadblocks resolution, through exchanges with Operations teams;
  • Categorize the roadblocks, in adequation with the current aircraft position, and the proposed resolution target date, in particular the RNC;
  • Escalate blocking points if necessary, to the right people at the right moment;
  • Identify the roadblocks of the implied process, and lead the improvements plans to solve them;
  • Participate in the ''Passage Avion'' milestones, or for Hangar perimeter prepare and lead FOT meetings;
  • Contribute to E2EQG monthly analysis and actions follow-up;
  • Coordinate Suppliers OSW recovery plans when spread on all the line;
  • Coordinate VL/DL recovery plans when spread on all the line;
  • Ensure first level shopfloor support to On-Site Suppliers.


Your boarding pass:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operation Management or Project Management, or a technical degree in aeronautic with an equivalent work experience;
  • You have more than 10 years of experience of A220 manufacturing processes, including FTP and Interiors;
  • You have a general knowledge of the main dependencies between work positions. You have a detailed knowledge of PMT, Logistics, RNC, Snags clients and Production processes;
  • You are able to challenge the schedule and operations priorities;
  • You have strong leadership, challenge mindset, but with willingness to coach the others functions.    
  • You are proficient in French (mandatory) and are confortable in English (asset).

Due to the sector of activity (aerospace), frequent contacts with Airbus entities worldwide, and interactions with suppliers and clients also located across the globe, proficiency in English is required for this position.
