• Complete weekly bank and credit card reconciliations for U.S. and Canadian entities (~3 hrs/week).
• Perform month-end financial reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting (~6 hrs/month).
• Lead year-end reconciliation and documentation (~10 hrs total).
Tax Review & Compliance
• Conduct monthly tax review and ensure accurate entries and reporting (~4 hrs/month).
Invoice Verification & Processing
• Verify Inscape invoices for accuracy and correct coding (~2 hrs/month).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Coordinate with the DiSCProfile.com team and Assessments FP&A to align financial reporting and resolve discrepancies (~1 hr/week).
Qualifications
• QuickBooks Certification required
• Experience in multi-entity bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial operations
• Familiarity with tax review processes and financial controls
• Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to work independently
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
