Human ResourcesRepublic Airways, based in Indianapolis, is growing to a fleet of over 220 Embraer 170/175 aircraft and offers scheduled passenger service with about 1,000 daily flights to 100 cities in 40 U.S. states, Canada, the Caribbean and Central America. Create, adjust, and organize technical documents toassist a respective mentorÂ

Gatherand condenseinformation through company databases to deliverto the engineering/maintenance departmentÂ
Analyzeaircraft change requests for economic viability and fleetconvenienceÂ
Brainstorm ways to improve operations within the engineeringdepartment, improve operations between otherdepartments and increase efficiency between Headquarters and crews at Republic Airways bases.Â
Create, update, or review engineering documents as assigned Â
Attend meetings and vendor functions Â
Assist in duties, projects, and presentations as assignedÂ
Â
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEÂ
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.)inAeronautical Engineering Technology (AET)or related.Â
Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scaleÂ
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically ExcelÂ
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a business groupÂ
Strong analytical skill Â
Pursuing Airframe and Powerplant Certification.Â

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS Â
Ability to work onsite at ourCarmel Headquarters location, unless otherwise directed by hiring manager Â
Ability to work up to 40 hours per week with a minimum of 20 hours for spring and fall interns Â
Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship Â
