Location: Foster City or Santa Monica, CA (But can be remote)
Pay Range : $65-69/hr.
Part Time Role, Working hours will be in PST

Candidates can be remote as long as they are able to work PST hours.
Preference to be local to a California Client site (Foster City or Santa Monica)
Averaging about 10-15 hours per week, Peak periods can increase to 20-25 hours.

Responsibilities:
- Compiling data in support of Quarterly Executive Management Review
- Developing PowerPoint presentation with input from global business owners
- Collaborating to complete deliverables with global Quality Teams
- Reviewing Quality System reports in Veeva QMS and associated dashboards to support data presentation to executives
- Provide general support of QMS processes as needed (Deviation, CAPA, Document Control, Change Control)
Requirements:
- 5+ Years experience in Quality Systems and Management Review
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong Presentation Skills
- Powerpoint and Veeva QMS experience required
- Ability to Manage outputs from cross functional contributors
- Document Control experience a plus
