Summary:
Join our team as a Quality Engineer. This role requires a dedicated individual who is comfortable working onsite in a factory environment. The position involves a significant amount of time on the shop floor and requires a candidate who is adaptable and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Work onsite in a factory setting, adhering to a business casual dress code.
- Spend approximately 80% of the time on feet within the factory.
- Participate in safety training to operate factory vehicles such as a Tractor.
- Facilitate intra-facility travel and transport of equipment or parts as needed.
Qualifications
- Degree in Technology, Engineering, Communications, Business, Computer Science, and/or Data Analytics.
- Open to recent graduates with relevant manufacturing internships.
- Must be comfortable with factory environment and occasional travel within a 20-mile radius.
- Metatarsal safety boots required for the first day.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Pay Transparency:The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $35.00 - $39.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus.
