Quality Engineer - Plano, TX - Contract - $31-41 Per HR

Join our team as a Quality Engineer responsible for managing the quality and sustaining areas of products post-commercial launch. This hybrid role involves resolving product issues, interfacing with customers, and utilizing various project management tools. The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on quality assurance and customer relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with various organizational levels and customer organizations to identify and track product issues.
• Drive resources to sustain the quality of post-launch products and resolve product failures or issues effectively.
• Utilize project management tools to track product performance and manage schedules.
• Create and implement processes and procedures to expedite the resolution of product issues.
• Manage established processes to ensure sustained product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in telecommunications.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality or wireless telecommunications roles, with a focus on customer contact and relationship building.
• Experience in setting up quality and sustaining engineering processes and procedures.
• Previous experience with OEM handset products, including project and product management skills.
• Proficiency in researching and resolving customer technical complaints and issues.
