Pay Range: $102 - $105/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pull instances with long recovery times, review data, and work with cross-functional (XFN) stakeholders and vendors to understand the root cause of each event.
  • Summarize issues that arise across events and work with the team to implement fixes that drive continuous improvement.
  • Work with vendors and cross-functional teams to understand where things went wrong in the end-to-end process.
  • Support the preparation of key weekly reports and emails that go to executive audiences.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Quality Assurance: 5 years of experience reviewing events against a scorecard and sharing areas of improvement.
  • Data Analysis: 3 years of experience looking at dashboards to identify events with long recovery times and analyzing data to understand what led to long recovery times.
  • Continuous Improvement: 3 years of experience understanding the main drivers of long recovery times and other systemic issues (e.g., process, technology, etc.), recommending solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to put solutions in place.
  • Experience auditing aprocess rather than calls.
  • The role does not require someone who performs quality audits of calls; it requires someone who can audit a process.
  • This distinction is not always intuitive, but someone with a supply chain background might be helpful, as they can identify process inefficiencies.
  • Experience withvendor management would be helpful, as the person will be working with vendors to fix issues.
  • Ability to learn complex tooling.
