QC / Inventory Associate – Food Manufacturing

Pay: $17.00–$17.25 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated ability
Shift: AM shift; weekend availability may be needed
Departments: RTE (Ready-to-Eat), PTT, and Deli

Join a fast-paced food manufacturing team supporting product quality and inventory accuracy. We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented associates who take pride in doing careful work and keeping production running smoothly. Depending on experience and operational needs, your work may focus onQuality Control, Inventory, or both.

What you’ll do

• Check products, packaging, labels, ingredients, and production areas against quality and food safety standards.
• Record inspection results and report defects, discrepancies, or other concerns promptly.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, GMP, HACCP, PPE, and workplace safety procedures.
• For inventory-focused assignments, help verify, count, and document materials or products, and report shortages or inventory discrepancies.
• Work with production and management teams to support accurate records and consistent operations.

What we’re looking for

• QC, inventory, food manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort following written instructions.
• Dependability, punctuality, and clear communication.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work AM shifts and weekends as production needs require.
