Rogers-O'Brien Construction is looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager to join our team and lead QC/QA programs on mission critical projectsaveraging 60+ Megawatts and $400,000,000+. As a Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the quality standards on complex data center projects, with a focus on civil, structural, MEP systems, and building envelope performance. What You'll Do

·        Develop and manage the Project Quality Plan

·        Lead team of Quality Managers and Project Engineers responsible for field inspections of delivered material and installation across all construction scopes

·        Lead and Manage Trade Partners and 3rd Party Testing Agencies to ensure adherence to the Project Quality Control Plan

·        Facilitate Quality Meetings to review open quality issues and anticipate upcoming work

·        Interface with Owner QC Representative to track quality metrics and ensure adherence to owner’s Quality Control Requirements

·        Manage and track construction deficiencies from identification through resolution, maintaining a live deficiency log in Procore and related systems

What You Need

·        7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years in QC, superintendent, architect CA or field engineering experience

·        Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)

·        Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Suite

·        Experience with mission critical,semiconductor, oil and gas,healthcare, or large commercial projects preferred

·        USACE Construction Quality Control Certification preferred
