Pay, Schedule & Travel

• Starting pay: $15-$16 per hour, based on experience
• Hours may vary from day to day depending on operational needs
• Own vehicle required
• Auto Allowance, up to $200 per month

What You’ll Do

• Inspect buildings to ensure cleaning is completed properly
• Be accountable for quality, follow up, and reporting issues
• Help cover cleaning duties when staff are absent
• Travel between multiple locations as needed
• Support and guide custodial staff
• Manage, distribute, and deliver cleaning supplies and equipment to other locations
• Track inventory and ensure all sites are properly stocked
• Perform regular cleaning and floor care tasks as required

Driving Requirement

• Must be able to drive between locations to deliver supplies and perform every day tasks
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record required

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Custodial or janitorial experience
• Strong sense of accountability and reliability
• Takes ownership of work and follows through
• Organized and detail  oriented
• Comfortable working independently
• Willing to help others and lead by example
• Good driving record, own vehicle for driving to and from locations
• Personal cell phone required for timekeeping.

This is a hands on working position, not an office job. If you are dependable, take pride in your work, and are comfortable handling added responsibility and travel, this may be a great fit.
