OVERVIEW
  • As a Quality Assurance Tester / System Administrator, you will own and manage quality assurance and testing activities to validate ServiceNow development configurations align with documented requirements, business objectives, and established acceptance criteria.
  • This role will be responsible for structured test planning and execution, testing guidance documentation for stakeholders, and organization and management of User Acceptance Testing activities.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach and commitment to driving innovation through technology and process improvement are essential.
EDUCATION
  • Bachelors or Equivalent
EXPERIENCE
  • General understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and capabilities
  • 2+ years of experience supporting quality assurance testing and User Acceptance Testing activities tied to software development implementation
  • 1+ years of experience supporting requirements gathering and functional testing for agile development projects in ServiceNow
  • ServiceNow PSDS or CSM
RELEVANT CERTIFICATIONS
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required.
