Lead the quality strategy for a new Implementation Testing Service, embedding testing early across complex, cross product implementations. Standardize automation, test data, performance testing, metrics, dashboards, and reporting to improve delivery confidence and manage risks. Act as a trusted advisor to executives, clients, vendors, and cross functional teams, driving alignment, decisions, and accountability.
