Quality Assurance Professional

Summary:

• Location: Union City, CA
• Duration: 7 Months
• 3rd Shift: Mon-Fri, 9:00pm-5:30am

Responsibilities:

• Test rotors on instruments according to procedures
• Perform packaging and final inspection according to procedures
• Process and save data using PC computer and related tools
• Report failures and defects to supervisors and troubleshooting staff
• Swing/night/weekend shift availability
• Able to complete small projects with minimal supervision

Requirements:

• Highly attentive to details and numbers
• Good communication skills; read, write and communicate clearly
• Dependable attendance
• Self-motivated and team player
• Experience with MS Windows environment: MS Excel, Outlook, PC knowledge
• H.S. diploma/GED or AA degree in Technical field preferred. In absence of high school/GED, candidate should have minimum 3 years relevant Quality or Lab experience or 5 years overall experience

Preferred Skills:

• Previous QC inspection experience in fast-paced environment
• Understands, knows, and applies basic knowledge of 5S is a plus
• Experience supporting an aseptic manufacturing environment is highly desired
