Quality Assurance Engineer
 
Primary Location: Raleigh, NC
 
 
 
 
V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for aQuality Assurance Engineer for our premier client inRaleigh, NC.       
 
 
 
Education and Experience:
 
  • Proficient in SOQL and SQL for data validation and database testing.          Desired 3              
  • Skilled in API testing using REST and SOAP web services.  Desired 3            
  • Experienced with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira.               Required              5            
  • Knowledge of test automation tools such as Tricentis TOSCA or CRT(Copado robotic Testing) Required              2            
 
 
Knowledge and Skills:
 
  • Validate Salesforce integrations with external applications and systems, including APIs, web services, inbound/outbound interfaces, data exchanges, and error handling.
  • Validate Salesforce data migration, transformation, integrity, relationships, completeness, and accuracy against approved business requirements.
  • Support Salesforce release and deployment validation by performing appropriate pre-deployment and post-deployment testing.
  • Maintain accurate test documentation, test evidence, test data, defect records, and requirements traceability throughout the testing lifecycle.
 
 
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
 
  • Work with development, Salesforce, and product teams to diagnose and reproduce defects, validate fixes, perform regression testing, and drive issues through resolution.
  • Provide testing status, metrics, defect trends, risks, dependencies, and blockers to project stakeholders.
  • Oversee test data collection and analysis according to project schedules, standards, and established QA practices.
  • Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
