Develop, maintain, and audit quality standards, work instructions, and inspection procedures for machined parts
Perform technical evaluations of product requirements, specifications, drawings, and process documentation.
Partner with program management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customers to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
Lead failure investigations, material review board (MRB) actions, and corrective preventive action (CAPA) implementation, guaranteeing reliability and regulatory compliance.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost internal and supplier performance and productivity.
Required Experience:
Candidate must have at least 3 years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience writing instructions and FAI's.
Candidate must have at least 3 years of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance experience
Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience with use of inspection gages and measuring equipment
