Quality Assurance Analyst

Overview

Our client is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to support the testing, enhancement, and optimization of enterprise systems and business processes. This role combines analytical, technical, and functional responsibilities and will work closely with business, technical, and development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

The QA Analyst will support requirements and solution validation, develop and execute test plans and scripts, identify defects, validate integrations, and help ensure enterprise solutions deliver expected business value.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and system behavior to identify enhancements and defects.
• Define features and write user stories as needed.
• Collaborate with development teams during Agile ceremonies.
• Design and execute test plans and test scripts.
• Validate system integrations.
• Support delivery of business value and functional requirements.
• Document system changes and create user guides.
• Assist with training and rollout activities.
• Monitor system performance and data integrity.
• Identify and escalate issues to appropriate teams.
• Provide knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or in a similar role.
• Experience with QA methodologies.
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
• Working knowledge of test management software and SQL.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong organizational skills.
