Quality Architect

We're seeking anArchitect (Test Automation)to own customers' business goals and technical requirements, design full-cycle project infrastructure, and determine the components that will make up the product. This position suits individuals passionate about engineering solutions and technologies, offering chances to build proofs of concept, engage in pre-sales, advise clients, and audit existing solutions to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Architect large-scale solutions with in-depth technical specifications
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to determine project requirements
• Build TA solutions that are maintainable, extensible, and modular while adhering to industry best practices such as SOLID principles and design patterns, enabling project and program teams to implement them
• Develop and sustain TA frameworks, solutions, and shared formats that can be leveraged across all company projects and programs
• Establish and execute comprehensive test automation strategies, covering roadmap, tooling, framework, and methodology
• Produce and update documentation covering automation processes, workflows, and configurations
• Assess and choose optimal test automation tools suited to various needs
• Guide the definition, selection, and expansion of test automation architecture frameworks
• Track and report key quality indicators, including defect density, test coverage, and release cycle times across manual, automated, and performance testing
• Supervise manual and automated testing initiatives to confirm functional, integration, regression, and performance requirements are met
• Lead continuous improvement efforts in test processes, tools, and techniques to support digital transformation
• Conduct architecture reviews and audits
• Determine project requirements and objectives needed to achieve a "go-live" solution
• Participate hands-on in pre-sale efforts, including proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and demonstrations
• Liaise directly with customers throughout solution architecture design and implementation phases

Requirements

• 12 to 15 years of IT industry experience
• Familiarity with GenAI tools, testing AI/ML-based systems, working with LLMs, MCPs, RAG, and assessing Agents via DeepEval/Ragas
• Skilled in at least one programming or scripting language, with preference for Java, C# .NET, or Python
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
• Awareness of current industry trends and best practices
• Demonstrated initiative and leadership in architectural engagements
