JD: Must-Have
1. Strong hands-on experience in Python programming.
2. Extensive experience with Playwright automation framework.
3. Expertise in UI and End-to-End Test Automation.
4. Hands-on experience with PyTest or similar Python testing frameworks.
5. Experience in API testing using tools such as Postman or Requests.
6. Strong understanding of automation framework design and implementation.
7. Knowledge of Git and version control systems.
8. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
9. Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle management.
10. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Good-to-Have • Experience with Selenium, Robot Framework, or Cypress.
• Knowledge of Docker and containerized test execution.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with performance and security testing concepts.
• Experience working with test reporting tools such as Allure or Extent Reports.
SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 • Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Python and Playwright.
2 • Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end testing.
3 • Develop reusable automation components and testing utilities.
4 • Validate web applications across multiple browsers and platforms.
5 • Perform API testing and backend validation using REST APIs.
6 • Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
7 • Analyze automation results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams for issue resolution.
8 • Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and QA strategy discussions.
9 • Ensure adherence to quality standards, testing best practices, and Agile methodologies.
