•   Providessupport toclients through a numberofchannelsincludingphone,letters and emailsto quickly resolvethe request

•   Actsin a pro-activemanner with assignedclients andadvisors to ensureretention as well asinspire client dedication andengagementtodeveloppositive relationships

•   Responsibleforinterpreting plandocuments forclientplan administration.

•   Providescalculationsandamounts toplan sponsors,communicates fund actions,consultswithclients toanswerinquiries,researches and resolvesissues,provideslegal updates,and responds

torequests forspecializedreports

•   Assists plan sponsor andintermediaries on the utilization of web-based applications and delivers webdemonstrations for financialadvisors and plansponsors.

•   Works withclients tocorrectand fundpayrollitems andmanages distribution requests.

•   Coordinates plancompliancetestingwiththecomplianceteam.

•   Participatesinsalesfinals presentations andpromotescross-sellopportunitiesas needed

•   Bachelor’s degreeinbusiness relatedfiledorcombination of educationandindustry experience

•   3-5 years oftotal experiencein RetirementServices,with emphasisinthedaily 401(k)

environment,403b or IRAareas

•   StrongMSOfficeSkillswithan emphasisin Excel
