PRIMARY SKILLS: Gen AI Automation Testing, Ability to set strategy and manage AI systems testing
Set the enterprise quality strategy and lead testing for AI systems from design through production, establishing standards, environments, tooling, evidence, entry/exit criteria and risk-based release decisions across multiple teams. Requires 15+ years in quality engineering leadership and at least 1 year leading AI-system testing, with deep expertise in automation frameworks, Python, API/UI/integration, performance, resilience, security, penetration and non-functional testing, plus AI evaluation methods for prompts, groundedness, hallucination, safety, bias, regression and human review. The lead should govern GitHub/GitHub Actions, GitHub Copilot and Claude Code usage, align Copilot Studio, Foundry/LLM Gateway and data-platform tests, use LangSmith, AppInsights, Log Analytics, Dynatrace and GetDX telemetry, and present auditable quality scorecards and go/no-go recommendations to delivery, architecture, cyber, privacy and risk leaders.
