JOB DESCRIPTION:
Senior QE Lead to own test strategy drive automation and lead a team of 5 engineers in a Banking domain delivery environment Equal parts handson technologist and people leader
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a QE team of 5 engineers own delivery quality endtoend
Define test strategy quality gates and metricsreporting cadence
Design and govern automation frameworks using Robot Framework and Playwright enforce standards and CICD integration
Act as the primary QE point of contact for client stakeholders communicate status risks and release readiness clearly
Apply banking domain knowledge to validate critical business workflows and compliancesensitive test scenarios
Must Have Requirements
Experience in QE Testing & in a lead role
Team Leadership Proven track record leading teams of 5 or more
Robot Framework Keyword data driven design custom keyword libraries
Playwright UI automation in TypeScript or Python CI integration
AI Assisted Testing Exposure to Gen AI tooling for test case generation selfhealing selectors or intelligent test analysis
Banking Domain 3 years in banking financial services or fintech QE
Communication Excellent written verbal confident with client stakeholders
Good to Have
VAM Virtual Account Management exposure
LMS Liquidity Management System platform testing experience eg Intellect"
