Title:QE Automation Analyst
Locations:Onsite New Jersey
Duration: 06 Months
Pay Range: $40-$45/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)
Role Descriptions:
• Lead the overall QE automation strategy, framework design, and implementation.
• Be hands-on with automation development and troubleshooting.
• Assess the existing application/testing landscape and identify the right automation approach.
• Design scalable and reusable automation components/frameworks.
• Provide technical direction and guidance to the offshore QE engineers.
• Review automation code, framework design, and implementation quality.
• Work directly with customer stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into an executable QE solution.
• Lead technical discussions, solution walkthroughs, demos, and status discussions with the customer.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and automation challenges early.
• Coordinate between onshore customer stakeholders and the offshore delivery team.
• Own the solution from a technical QE perspective and build customer confidence.
Essential Skills:
