QA Manager

quality chemical manager role open for person who will handle quality process in chemical plant but sometime also need to support production team also. should have knowledge about chemicals, safety and testing but not always expert in all area, can learn later also.

responsible for checking raw materials and finished goods quality and make sure standards are followed but sometime due to production pressure some delays can happen. should know lab testing, documentation and reporting but paperwork not always perfect.

candidate should handle audits and compliance but also coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when needed. experience in iso standards and regulatory things is good but not mandatory every time.

need to manage team but also do hands on work in lab or plant when required. problem solving skills needed but sometime issues can take time to resolve. overall looking for someone who can manage quality activities and handle pressure in chemical environment.
