Job Summary
We are looking for an experiencedQA Lead / Senior Test Automation Engineer with over 13 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, Test Automation, API Testing, and Quality Engineering. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building and maintaining automation frameworks, leading QA teams, validating enterprise applications, and ensuring high-quality software delivery across Banking, BFSI, FinTech, Salesforce, SAP, E-commerce, and Healthcare domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Quality Assurance activities throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable UI and API automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Java, Playwright, Appium, TestNG, and Cucumber.
- Develop and execute REST API automation using REST Assured and validate APIs using Postman, SoapUI, and Swagger.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, End-to-End (E2E), UAT, and Performance Testing.
- Validate MuleSoft integration services and API-based enterprise workflows.
- Create test strategies, test plans, test cases, RTMs, and automation scripts based on business requirements.
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.
- Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with development teams for timely resolution.
- Conduct database validation using Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, estimation, and release planning.
- Lead QA teams, mentor junior engineers, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to QA best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, product owners, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
