Job Description:
TheAI/ML Test Lead will ownendātoāend quality assurance for AIādriven solutions across Ulta's Enterprise AI.This role is responsible for defining and executing anEnterprise AI testing strategy, ensuringfunctional correctness, data accuracy, AI output quality, robustness, performance, and Responsible AI compliance.
The role blendshandsāon testing leadership,AI/MLāspecific validation, andonsite stakeholder collaboration, working closely with Product Owners, AI Engineering Leads and Data teams.
Required Skills & Experience-
Core QA & Testing Experience
- 10+ years of experience inQA / Testing roles, withleadership responsibility
- Strong experience definingtest strategy, test plans, and execution ownership
- Experience testingdataāheavy and analyticsādriven systems
- Handsāon experience testingAI/ML or LLMābased solutions
- Strong understanding of:
- Data validation and KPI testing
- AI output correctness and consistency
- Promptābased and agentābased systems
- Familiarity withAI evaluation metrics (accuracy, error rate, hallucination rate, relevance)
