Pay Range: CAD$45 - CAD$50/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and execute both manual and automated testing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Utilize AI tools such as Copilot, Claude, and LLM to enhance testing efficiency.
  • Work onsite inToronto, Ontario three days per week to foster teamwork and innovation.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • 10-12 years of experience in quality engineering and assurance.
  • Strong automation skills and manual testing knowledge.
  • Practical exposure to AI/LLM technologies.
  • Availability to work onsite inToronto, Ontario three days per week.
