- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for banking applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing across banking platforms.
- Validate transaction accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with financial regulations (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR, RBI guidelines).
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Conduct API testing for payment services, loan systems, and customer portals.
- Automate test cases using tools like Selenium, JMeter, Postman, Cypress, or TestNG.
- Report defects, track resolutions, and maintain documentation for audits.
- Ensure end-to-end testing of workflows such as fund transfers, loan approvals, KYC processes, and account management.
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with business stakeholders.
