QA CRM Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for CRM applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate CRM workflows, customer journeys, and business processes.
• Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools.
• Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or Swagger.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium or similar automation frameworks.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release validation.
• Ensure software quality through continuous testing and process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Software QA with a focus on CRM applications.
• Hands-on experience inManual Testing andTest Automation.
• Experience with CRM platforms such asMicrosoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Oracle CRM, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience withAPI Testing using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such asSelenium WebDriver, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Experience with defect tracking tools likeJIRA, Azure DevOps, or Bugzilla.
• Knowledge of SQL for database validation and data verification.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and testing within DevOps environments.
• Experience with performance or security testing is an advantage.
