Job Summary

We are seeking experiencedQA Automation Engineers with expertise inNICE inContact Chat & Email UI End-to-End Testing andCyara Automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, end-to-end testing, and validating customer interaction workflows across NICE inContact contact center platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end testing ofNICE inContact Chat & Email UI applications.
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts usingCyara Automation.
• Validate customer interaction workflows across chat and email channels.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure application quality.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure high-quality software delivery through automation best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software Testing and QA Automation.
• Hands-on experience withNICE inContact Chat & Email UI End-to-End Testing.
• Strong experience withCyara Automation for NICE inContact environments.
• Experience in functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and software testing life cycle (STLC).
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
