Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Create and execute automated test scripts for UI, API, and end-to-end testing
- Develop reusable utilities, libraries, and automation components
- Perform API testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or Playwright API capabilities
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI
- Analyze test execution results, debug failures, and report defects effectively
- Collaborate with development and business teams during sprint planning and release cycles
- Ensure test coverage, test data management, and automation best practices
- Participate in code reviews and framework enhancement activities
- Work with Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to continuous quality improvement
- Support regression, smoke, sanity, and cross-browser testing activities
- Generate automation reports and dashboards for stakeholders
- Implement AI-powered automation solutions for intelligent test execution and reporting
- Automated test case generation
- Self-healing locators
- Root cause analysis

- Requirement-to-test traceability
- Leverage AI tools to improve QA productivity, automation coverage, and release quality
- Collaborate with teams to integrate AI testing capabilities into existing frameworks and pipelines
- 8–10 years of experience inSoftware Testing and QAAutomation
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Playwright
- JavaScript
- TypeScript
- Expertise in:
- UI Automation Testing
- API Testing
- End-to-End Testing
- Experience with:
- REST APIs
- JSON/XML payload validation
- API authentication methods
- CI/CD pipelines
- Git version control
- Jenkins/GitLab CI/Azure DevOps
- • Experience with BDD frameworks like:
- Cucumber
- Gherkin
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with Docker or containerized test execution
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
- Experience in performance or security testing
- Database testing using SQL
- Familiarity with testing microservices architecture
- Exposure to SonarQube or code quality tools
