Job Title – QA Analyst (Strong Mid-level, Manual Tester)
Location – Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 (Hybrid)
Duration – Long Term Contract
Job Description:
Required Skills
4-8 years of manual testing experience, including functional, exploratory, and regression testing.
Strong understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and Agile/Scrum.
Experience with test management tools such as TFS (preferred), Jira, or Client ALM.
Familiarity with UI automation frameworks such as Selenium or Playwright.
Experience testing REST APIs using Postman or Insomnia.
Basic SQL skills for data validation and database integrity testing.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with workers' compensation applications.
Experience with large-scale case management systems.
Responsibilities
Execute manual functional, regression, UI/UX, accessibility, responsive, and exploratory testing of web applications.
Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases based on business requirements.
Execute, maintain, and update automated regression test suites.
Identify, document, track, and verify defects in TFS through resolution.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to clarify requirements and identify edge cases.
Identify repetitive, high-priority manual tests for automation and develop automated scripts.
