QA Analyst (Mid)

As a QA Analyst at Quantios, you are responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through the design, implementation, and execution of comprehensive test strategies. You will work closely with developers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders to validate features, identify defects, and advocate for quality across the Agile development lifecycle. You will contribute to both manual and automated testing processes, continuously improving the efficiency and coverage of QA activities. 

Job Responsibilities:  

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new features and system enhancements. 

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. 

• Collaborate with developers and Product Owners to understand requirements and define acceptance criteria. 

• Identify, document, and track software defects using appropriate tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira). 

• Perform exploratory, regression, and system testing to ensure product quality. 

• Work with the QA team to maintain and improve test automation suites where applicable. 

• Provide feedback on usability, functionality, and performance issues. 

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of QA standards, processes, and documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent industry experience. 

• ISTQB-CTAL-TA/TTA/TAE or similar professional qualification. 

• 2+ years of experience in a QA or software testing role, preferably within an Agile software development environment. 

• Familiarity with software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. 

• Experience with defect tracking tools and test case management systems. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. 

• Knowledge of test automation frameworks is a plus (e.g., Selenium, Postman, or equivalent). 

• Experience with enterprise software, financial services, or regulated industries is advantageous.
