QA Analyst (French Speaker) | BPCE-SI

Natixis in Portugal is currently seeking a QA Analyst (French Speaker) to join its BPCE SI (BPCE Solutions Informatiques) team, within the IT (Information Technologies) department, to work in a hybrid work model at the Lisbon office. The role will focus primarily on manual testing, test execution and defect follow-up. Experience in telephony or call-centre environments would be an advantage

Key responsibilities

• Review requirements and functional specifications to identify test scenarios.
• Prepare and execute manual test cases, including functional and regression tests.
• Record, track and follow up on defects, working closely with product and delivery teams.
• UseJira, Xray and Confluence to manage test activities, defects and documentation.
• Contribute to test reporting and provide clear updates on test progress and results.
• Help improve testing practices and documentation.
• Explore and use AI tools to support testing activities, in line with applicable internal guidelines.

• Experience in a Quality Analyst or Software Tester role, ideally atN2 level.
• Strong experience in manual testing.
• Good working knowledge ofJira, Xray and Confluence.
• French proficiency of at leastB2.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their potential use in a professional testing environment.
• Good communication, analytical and organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience intelephony, contact-centre or call-centre products and processes.
• Familiarity with automated testing or test automation concepts.
• Experience working in an Agile environment
