About The Job:
- We are seeking a passionate and experienced faculty member specializing in Python Web Programming.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in developing web applications using Python frameworks, and will be responsible for teaching, mentoring, curriculum development, and contributing to academic research and industry collaboration.
- Deliver high-quality lectures, lab sessions and workshops in Python Web Programming
- Develop and update course content aligned with industry standards.
- Guide the associates through real world projects involving web applications.
- Assess student performance and provide feedback
- Collaborate with industry partners to keep curriculum industry relevant and updated
- Assignment and assessment creation.
- Validations of assessment solutions
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Python Web Programming
- Strong understanding of Python frameworks and web application development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with agile development and software engineering practices.
- Web Frameworks:
- Django, Flask, FastAPI
- RESTful API development
- Template engines and routing
- Frontend Integration:
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Integration with frontend frameworks (React, Angular)
- Database Technologies:
- SQL: PostgreSQL, MySQL
- NoSQL: MongoDB
- ORM tools like SQLAlchemy, Django ORM
- DevOps & Cloud:
- Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- TVersion Control & Tools::
- Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket
- IDE: PyCharm, VS Code
- Testing & Quality Assurance:
- Unit testing: PyTest, unittest
- Integration testing, TDD
