About The Client:
Client is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting
Essential Job Functions:
- CI/CD Pipeline Management - Design, build, and maintain continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines specifically for ServiceNow applications.
- Designing, building, and managing the automation and integration between the ServiceNow platform and other development tools.
- Implement and manage infrastructure components.
- Monitor application performance, system health, and logs; troubleshoot and resolve issues in various environments.
- Work closely with development teams, site reliability engineers (SREs), and business stakeholders.
- Total Experience Minimum 6-7 Years
- Relevant Experience 6 Years
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and version control (Git).
- ServiceNow Expertise - Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including modules like ITSM, ITOM, and the DevOps module.
- Proficiency in scripting languages.
- Communication skills – good verbal and written skills
- Problem solving skills
- Collaboration
